Our credits are typically accepted by traditional high schools, and many colleges and universities recognize our diploma. Additionally, Brightspire courses are NCAA approved, helping aspiring athletes meet college eligibility requirements.

What makes Brightspire different?

Brightspire provides an unparalleled online experience for middle and high school students, placing them at the center of our mission. We focus on cultivating independence and empowering students to chase their dreams. Shifting from traditional settings, Brightspire’s flexible curriculum encourages students to become explorers and collaborators in their learning journey.

What kind of support will my child get?

Certified Teachers 

All courses are facilitated by certified teachers who are there for students every step of the way. Teachers grade assignments, provide feedback, and meet with students and parents as needed. 

On Demand Tutors 

On-demand tutors can be contacted through a chat feature embedded directly in the learning management system, so students can get help exactly when they need it. 

Mentorship 

Students are assigned a mentor from the start of their learning journey with Brightspire. Mentors ensure students stay engaged, inspired, and on track to meet their academic goals.

How much does it cost?

Registration:

A non-refundable enrollment fee of $150 is charged at the time of enrollment. This fee will be charged again upon re-enrollment at Brightspire for each semester or year.

Tuition Fees:

Full Time Enrollment (Up to 6 courses)

1 Year: $3,990 if paid up front. Or 3 payments of $1,427 on day 1, 60, and 120.

1 Semester: $2,240 if paid up front. Or 3 payments of $783 on day 1, 30 and 60.

Part Time Enrollment (One course at a time)

1 Year course: $930, which must be paid up front.

1 Semester course: $465, which must be paid up front.

Is Brightspire accredited?

Yes! Brightspire is accredited by Cognia, which represents one of the highest levels of secondary school accreditation in the USA. This means our credits should be accepted by other high schools across the country, and our diploma is recognized by universities that require an accredited high school diploma. However, we always recommend checking with the specific school or post-secondary institution to ensure our credits or diploma meet their requirements.

Additionally, Brightspire courses are NCAA approved, making them an excellent choice for student-athletes aiming to pursue college sports.
